    This is a self-pay practice; we do not accept or bill insurance. Credit cards are accepted. Although do not work with insurance companies, we would be happy to provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Do check with your insurance provider first for preapproval so you can be sure of what they will cover for out of network services. We cannot guarantee reimbursement; that is between you and your insurance company.

    We do not have a sliding scale, but if you have significant financial needs that keep you from accessing needed services, we have a limited number of Anonymous Donor Sponsorships covering 25% – 50% of the full fee.


    Here are our rates for new clients starting 1/1/2024. If you started your assessment process with us during 2023, your rates will not change.

    If you would like a 30-minute telehealth consultation with Wendela Whitcomb Marsh, aka Dr. Wendy, [email protected] can schedule you for your consultation. The fee is $200.00. Please email the topic of the consultation in advance.


    If you have a question you would like to email Dr. Wendy, she will answer your question by email free of charge. She may also include your question and answer in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAW) section of the website. This is a free service. Please email your question to [email protected] and write FAQ on the subject line. She will answer your questions as soon as she is able, in the order in which they were received.


    Clients are responsible for payment at the time of service. This is a self-pay practice, and we do not accept or bill insurance. We do accept major credit cards through our secure Client Portal. You may request a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, but we cannot guarantee outcomes. If you plan to seek reimbursement, it is recommended that you contact your insurance for preapproval.

    Cancellation Policy

    We reserve an appointment for you, and we are here to see you at that time. If you are unable to attend a session, we ask you to cancel as far in advance as possible, at least 24 hours beforehand. We will reschedule you for another date if you miss your appointment.
