Rates

This is a self-pay practice; we do not accept or bill insurance. Credit cards are accepted. Although do not work with insurance companies, we would be happy to provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Do check with your insurance provider first for preapproval so you can be sure of what they will cover for out of network services. We cannot guarantee reimbursement; that is between you and your insurance company.

We do not have a sliding scale, but if you have significant financial needs that keep you from accessing needed services, we have a limited number of Anonymous Donor Sponsorships covering 25% – 50% of the full fee.

Here are our rates for new clients starting 1/1/2024. If you started your assessment process with us during 2023, your rates will not change.

BEHAVIORAL ASSESSMENT

If you live in one of the few states where we do not yet have a licensed clinician, behavioral assessments with Dr. Wendy are available. This includes Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Iowa (IA), Louisiana (LA), Mississippi (MS), Montana (MT), New Mexico (NM), New York (NY), and South Dakota (DS) only. The rates for a behavioral assessment are the same as the assessment rates listed above. This assessment & analysis of your observed and reported behaviors and responses as they relate to the criteria for autism identification will not provide a clinical diagnosis. If you need a diagnosis for accommodations at work or school or for any legal purpose, then a behavioral assessment is not right for you, and you should find a clinician who is licensed in your state. However, if you have questions and want answers for yourself, a behavioral assessment with Dr. Wendy may be what you’re looking for. Contact Meagan to schedule an intake assessment session.

Payment

Clients are responsible for payment at the time of service. This is a self-pay practice, and we do not accept or bill insurance. We do accept major credit cards through our secure Client Portal. You may request a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, but we cannot guarantee outcomes. If you plan to seek reimbursement, it is recommended that you contact your insurance for preapproval.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve an appointment for you, and we are here to see you at that time. If you are unable to attend a session, we ask you to cancel as far in advance as possible, at least 24 hours beforehand. We will reschedule you for another date if you miss your appointment.
