Welcome Dr. Elil Yuvarajan (he/him/his). new owner of Adult Autism Assessment, the nationwide group practice that I founded in 2022. Here we are, high-fiving from across the country to celebrate the sale. That’s Joe Sanok in the corner, taking the picture. Joe introduced us and helped us navigate our way through the process of selling a practice. I guess you could call him a practice match-maker. This sale has been a win-win, and  I couldn’t be happier. I love this practice and the people on the team, and I am confident that under Dr. Elil’s leadership, the practice will grow to new heights. As for me, I’ll have more time to write and speak, which I love. Who knows what new projects may capture my interest? I’ve already got an idea or two percolating. I’ll keep you posted.

Meet Dr. Elil

Elil Yuvarajan, PhD, or Dr. Elil, is a licensed psychologist living in Minnetonka, Minnesota, who also has a group practice in Texas. He has a strong interest in helping late-diagnosed, high-masking autistic and otherwise neurodivergent adults to access the kind of affirming assessment that they deserve. This led him to Adult Autism Assessment with its team of like-minded professionals who want the same thing. His open, collaborative style is making the transition to new leadership a smooth one.

Dr. Elil grew up in Fargo, North Dakota and earned his Bachelor’s degree from Washington University and his Master’s degree from Purdue University. Before becoming a psychologist, he worked in Human Resources for several companies around the world.

After deciding to become a psychologist, he went back to school at Baylor University and earned a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. While at Baylor, he had the opportunity to work with a variety of diverse clients. Now he brings his experience running a large successful group practice together with a keen interest in providing neurodiversity-affirmatove service to Adult Autism Assessment.
